Chad handled the power washing for my HOA, but the property management company did not tell him what they told the residents regarding timing. Thus, we were not happy when we approached Chad. However, he handled the situation impeccably, explaining that he was never given the notice we showed him. He told us that he would adjust to accommodate our expectations, but he was so pleasant and seemingly knowledgeable that we agreed to adjust our timetable and get it done.
We added some services, which seemed reasonably priced. We asked Chad about the mud daubers on the ceiling of our front entryway and he explained what they are and that they are hard to remove with power washing without removing the paint. We had the front power washed by another company when we first moved in and they did not get rid of the mud daubers. I don't know what Chad did because I had to run out while he worked, but he removed the mud daubers without even damaging our paint. We're so thrilled!
While Chad was speaking with us, we asked him numerous questions and he patiently answered all of them, never making us feel rushed or like a bother. In fact, we kept pointing out that we were (and apologizing for) keeping him, not the other way around.
Additionally, while Chad was working on the roof, we saw our neighbors approach him, angry about the timing and he handled those encounters so well too. He adjusted his schedule to fit the notice we all got even though the mistake in communication was the property management company's, not his.
Ryan, who was working with Chad, was extremely pleasant, appropriate, and professional.
I would easily recommend Pristine Home Maintenance to others! I am sad that I am not finding the company on Yelp because I would like to review it there too!
